Soldiers Od Destitution

Fianna Fail (Soldiers of Destiny) better described as the Soldiers of Destitution

Fianna Fail translates as Soldiers of Destiny. They are better described as the Soldiers of Destitution. They have led the Free State to being a very expensive bailed out state; from economic independence to economic servitude and from framing their own budgets to the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund having the right to veto any aspect of their fiscal policies.

As a people we have to wake up to the fact that their incompetence and complicity with reckless bankers and speculators have left all our people hostage to the whims of the financial elite.

Twice the Free State rejected the will of its own people when they voted against Nice and Lisbon. Twice they capitulated to the vested interests in Europe to override the wishes of its own citizens. Remember all of the main political parties, including the main opposition parties, joined ranks to facilitate this capitulation. We were told by this bunch of liars that a YES vote would bring with it a flood of jobs instead we have a flood of our young people emigrating seeking jobs.

We will now see a procession of failed discredited members of Fianna Fail line up to tell us they didn’t know the full truth of what was happening. We will be asked to believe they were kept in the dark by the Cabinet. More lies not to be believed.

It is time to establish a new Ireland that will address the real issues of the Irish people. We are not a free people we are a people held in ransom to the European Central Bank and being held in ransom until the German Banks who recklessly ploughed money in to Irish Banks are safe, so in the words of Pádraig Pearse "We too love freedom and desire it. To us it is more desirable than anything in the world. If you strike us down now, we shall rise again and renew the fight. You cannot conquer Ireland; you cannot extinguish the Irish passion for freedom; if our deed has not been sufficient to win freedom then our children will win it with a better deed."

We need to seek a better future, a future where we have a 32 County United Ireland with full sovereignty. We need a social and political revolution which ensures that the voice of the people is heard and listened to. We need to go back to the teachings of  Pádraig Pearse, Jim Larkin and Wolfetone, we need to reassert the Proclamation and the Declaration of Independence. The corruption of the ideals of our forefathers by self serving politicians does not make the teachings of these great men wrong. It just shows up the current crop of corrupt politicians as people who never believed or understood the ethos and ethics of our forefathers.

Rise up the new generation of Irish men and women and lead, for Ireland unfree shall never be at peace. Once again we need to assert the right of Irish people to the words of the Proclamation:

"We declare the right of the people of Ireland to the ownership of Ireland, and to the unfettered control of Irish destinies, to be sovereign and indefeasible. The long usurpation of that right by a foreign people and government has not extinguished the right, nor can it ever be extinguished except by the destruction of the Irish people. In every generation the Irish people have asserted their right to national freedom and sovereignty; six times during the last three hundred years they have asserted it to arms. Standing on that fundamental right and again asserting it in arms in the face of the world, we hereby proclaim the Irish Republic as a Sovereign Independent State, and we pledge our lives and the lives of our comrades-in-arms to the cause of its freedom, of its welfare, and of its exaltation among the nations".
